“How to be Parisian Wherever You Are: Love, Style, and Bad Habits “- Anne Berest, Audrey Diwan, Caroline de Maigret, and Sophie Mas
I had been dreaming about reading this book for ages before I got the chance to. I don’t know what it is about French culture that absolutely fascinates me. Maybe the food or the language, the fashion or maybe their history. I have some French ancestry in my family so maybe I can use that as my excuse. But I have a deep love and appreciation for French culture.
This is the content list and I just adore how they titled them!
And this book made me love it even more. This is the third time I’ve read it cover to cover and each time I find something else that makes me fall in love again. One of the wonderful aspects about this book is that you don’t necessarily have to read it in order. Rather just open up to a random page and soak in the lesson it provides.
It covers topics from any part of life; from clothing essentials to how to drive to what to order on a first date. Another aspect that I love in this book is the pictures it uses throughout each section to illustrate their points.
This book is one that I have told my few friends that they need to read and I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for something new to read!
