Something that I have been seriously thinking about in my life lately is living more simply. Living with less and enjoying my life more. Unfortunately, I have a lot of stuff in my room, some things that I don’t think I could manage without currently. And as I am still living with my parents as I finish up college I don’t have much storage space of my own.
Erin Boyle’s blog focuses on simple living and how to live in a tiny space. Her book Simple Matters looks “For anyone looking to declutter, organize, and simplify”. She takes you step by step so you never feel lost in the seemingly huge undertaking of managing with less.
With chapters that span multiple topics and go in depth on topics like deciding what things are trash, a redundancy, or unnecessary. I haven’t yet finished this book but I am thoroughly enjoying putting into practice when I get a chance.
Living simply requires a simple tea, so this week I chose a green tea from a massive box of Bigelow green tea that my mom got for me before I left last year for college. I did decide on no toast this week. (mostly because I ran out of toast… my bad)
